Jimmy Mallia

Jimmy Mallia


Jimmy Mallia has over 30 years of experience in employee benefits, and he and his team are excited to develop a cost-effective plan that is right for your company and your employees.

Jimmy graduated from the University of Texas in 1987 earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a minor in Government. After graduation, he worked for Paine Webber as an Account Executive. During his time there, Jimmy obtained a working knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, insurance policies and retirement plans – and he also received recognition as a top Account Executive.

In 1990, Jimmy joined Great West Life Insurance company as an Account Supervisor for Corporate Benefits, where he specialized in life, health, disability and retirement benefits for larger companies. His duties included underwriting, proposal preparations, installation and renewals. While with Great West Life he received awards for both excellence and production. In 1993, he joined Dwight W. Andrus Insurance and began his leadership of the Employee Benefits Division. As President, his experience with self-funded and fully-insured benefits was instrumental to the growth of the division during his time at the agency.

Jimmy has been asked to write numerous articles for publication about the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), and he is a political activist and community leader, which allows him to work with those who influence healthcare legislation.

He is the proud parent of three daughters, Lindsay, Kaitlyn, and Audrey. In his free time, he enjoys playing his guitar, attending UT Football games, traveling with his family, and chasing around his 3 grandsons, Greyson, Emerson and Elias. He is a supporter of the arts, health, schools, social services, children’s causes and other civic organizations, and is proud of his commitment to improving the Acadiana community.

Jessica Roger has leadership experience, and in conjunction with our expert team, can develop a cost-effective plan that is right for your company and your employees. With her knowledge of implementing company policies and benefit packages, along with Human Resource Management, she has the ability to assist companies in building the best benefit solutions for their employees. 

Jessica graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, formerly known as the University of Southwest Louisiana, in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Child & Family Studies. Upon graduation, she dove into her field as the Owner & Director of Jumpstart Early Childhood Learning Center in Lafayette. There, she developed her skills in accounting and management that led her to the field of energy. 

In 2008, she brought those skills to the team at Wellbore Energy Solutions as their Accounting Manager. She maintained the cash flow between clients and vendors, prepared monthly financial reports, and collaborated with external auditors during corporate audits. While maintaining the books at Wellbore, she also took a position with Environmental Drilling Solutions, LLC as their Accounting & Office Manager. Streamlining the business, Jessica was able to improve employee efficiency, restructure the administrative organization, and reduce costs while maintaining successful business relationships with clients.

In 2013, Jessica became the Vice President & Partner at Wellsite Fishing & Rental Services, LLC. As the Vice President, she facilitated meetings with the Board of Directors, implemented training procedures for employees, maintained the Human Resources Department, and lead the process of client proposals. 

Her experience in the Oil & Gas Industry has led her to be appointed to the Board of Directors Women’s Energy Network, an international organization of professional women in the field of energy. She was also elected to the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Oil & Gas Association.

Jessica lives with her family in Youngsville. With 2 active teenage girls, she spends most of her free time traveling between volleyball matches and basketball games. She is an advocate for the progression of women in the workplace, especially those fields like Oil & Gas in which women workers are the minority. 

Megan Lafosse

Megan graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in the field of Insurance and Risk Management. Megan obtained her Louisiana Life and Health License in 2010 and has been working in the insurance industry since that time. She is a customer favorite for being able to relate to each client’s unique needs. She lives in Youngsville with her husband Chase, son Emmett, and their dog Rylie.

Monique is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and has been working in the insurance industry since 2013. She’s licensed in Life & Health insurance and is extremely dedicated to our clients. She currently lives in Lafayette with her two Sphynx cats, Elliott and Gerdie.

Keith Breaux

Keith Breaux

Keith graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1978 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, in the field of Finance.  He began his career in banking, then specialized in Accounting and Personnel Services in Legal, CPA and Insurance firms.  Keith joined the firm in 2018 and brought his financial, personnel and organizational skills to Mallia Benefits, Inc.

 Keith is semi-retired and lives in Lafayette.  He has 2 married daughters and their spouses, Amy and Ed, and Leah and Justin, all ULL graduates.  Keith also has 4 grandchildren; Keith, Ava, Evie and Mason, who are the loves of his life. 

 Keith currently serves on the Festival International de Louisiane Board of Directors and is a huge Ragin Cajun football fan.
